If you cannot travel at the moment, you can still learn French in virtual classes with dedicated and experienced teachers. Our highly accredited French language school makes learning French online very easy! All you need is a wifi connection, a computer, tablet or smartphone. You can continue to improve your French, while staying safe at home! We offer French private courses online (General French) and DELF/DALF exam preparation courses online allowing to develop written and oral communication skills.

ILA French language school is running French private classes online with most up to date methods by our dedicated and qualified team of teachers. You will need to download Zoom, a user friendly videoconference application. Then you open the link your teacher sends you and you can start your French class, while staying safe at home.

You will feel just like in a real French language class, discussing with your classmates and also sharing authentic documents and videos with your French teacher.

Of course, you will be tested with a French level test online to allow you to grade your French level defined by the CEFR, before starting.

We have 5 French levels running from A1 to C1 for a top quality French learning process. C2 is available on request.

Online French courses description

The online course is a structured French language course which allows you to practice the 4 CECR competences (reading, writing, listening and speaking) as well as interaction and reading tasks on a variety of topics.

Our dedicated, qualified language teachers deliver communicative lessons with a focus on giving students plenty of French language practice with classmates.

French private training is in fact “custom made” by the Teacher so that the student can reach their required level in French and achieve their goal as effectively as possible. Objectives are sometimes readjusted by the Teacher if the student has difficulties during certain activities.

Tuition online is combined with guided self-study to practice and improve all French language skills in class time.

French levels

We follow the Common European Framework issued by the European Commission for language learning.

• A1 (Basic User) to C1 (Proficient user) for group classes
• All levels for private French course and DELF/DALF exam preparation course (read more information about French language exams)
